Allianz Insurance Singapore has promoted Brian Tian to the role of Senior Underwriting Manager in the MidCorp underwriting team, the company announced on LinkedIn on Friday (25 April).
Tian has more than a decade of industry experience, with previous roles at AIG, Honan Insurance Group, and Chubb.
“Since joining us in 2023, Brian has been a key driving force in strengthening our commercial lines underwriting capability, especially in non-broking channels,” Allianz said in its announcement.
Commenting on the appointment, Alex Shi, Allianz Singapore’s Chief Underwriting Officer, added, “Brian’s dedication in channel diversification, expertise in multiline underwriting, and consistency in proactive distribution engagement truly reflect the core values of the MidCorp business.”
“With this well-deserved promotion, there is no doubt that Brian is ready for more challenges and achievements,” Shi added.
