Raymond Law is taking his expertise to Howden to become its Hong Kong-based Sales Director, the firm announced on LinkedIn on Monday, 4 August.
Prior to his move, Law spent nearly nine years at Marsh McLennan, most recently as Vice President and Head of Hong Kong Strategy Construction Practice.
Law brings over 15 years of experience to Howden, where he will lead construction-focused opportunities, working closely with regional teams to drive growth and innovation for the business. He will also collaborate with Howden’s teams across Singapore, Dubai, London, and beyond.
“We look forward to seeing how he will help shape the Hong Kong construction practice as it officially launches, driving our local strategy and further strengthening our presence in the region,” Howden stated in its post.
The appointment follows Howden’s continued build-out of its Asia business, with recent personnel changes: Phil Steel as Associate Director for Business Development for Hong Kong, Lee Vanderson as Head of Specialty for the Philippines, alongside Hamish Ravindran as Chief Client Officer, Christine Wee as Director of Regional Employee Benefits, and Edmund Arghan as Head of Credit, Political Risk & Surety for Asia.
