Howden has appointed Rebecca Poon as Chief Client Officer for its Asia operations, the global insurance intermediary group announced in a media release.
Poon joins the business following 42 years with Marsh, where she was most recently Managing Director. Based in Hong Kong, she will assume her new role upon fulfilling her existing contractual commitments.

The appointment continues Howden’s strategic expansion across the Asia Pacific region. It follows the recent naming of Chris Hughes as CEO of Howden New Zealand and Jonathan Yang as Director for APAC Facultative Reinsurance at Howden Re.
