Allianz Broker Australia has appointed Scott Langtree as the new Distribution Manager of the company’s Queensland team, the company announced on LinkedIn.
Langtree has been working for Allianz for eight years, initially joining the company’s Melbourne Branch. He then transferred to the Queensland office in 2018 as a key account manager.
In his new role, Langree will head a team of account managers to deliver for Allianz’s strategic partners the insurer said.
Speaking on his new role, Langtree commented, “We have a lot of exciting growth strategies coming up, including enhancements to our IT platforms, which will further strengthen our market position and ensure Allianz is front of mind for brokers.”
Before joining Allianz, Langtree worked for Melbourne-based insurance companies Chubb and CGU Insurance.
