Aon India has appointed Manoj Kumar as Head of Sales & Growth for Commercial Risk and Health Solutions, the company’s Chief Executive Officer Rishi Mehra announced on LinkedIn.
Kumar moves from his previous position as Head of Specialty Products at Aon India, where he led a diverse portfolio across multiple industries and solutions. He has been with Aon for over ten years, building expertise in managing large-scale resources and developing market connections.
In his new role, Kumar will oversee sales and growth strategies for Aon India’s commercial risk and health solutions business.
“Over the past decade, Manoj has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic depth,” said Mehra.
Kumar’s promotion adds to the company’s recent leadership expansion, which has included external hires such as Nitish Tiwari’s appointment as Deputy Vice President for India Global Solutions from New India Assurance in September and Vikas Pareek joining as Head of Transaction Solutions from Sunteck Realty in July.
