Australia-based Victor Pacific has appointed Carly Martin as head of underwriting operations, the company announced in a LinkedIn post on Thursday.
Martin joins after nearly 20 years at QBE Insurance, where she most recently served as senior manager for underwriting enablement. Her insurance career spans more than 25 years, including stints at Pollard Insurance Brokers and Aegis Underwriting Agency.
Commenting on the appointment, Victor Pacific said: “With extensive experience in optimising underwriting processes and building high-performing teams, Carly will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the business.”
