AXA XL has strengthened its Construction and Energy underwriting team with two key appointments for the APAC and Europe regions.
Olivier Croese has been appointed Head of Construction & Energy Underwriting, APAC & Europe. He brings extensive experience in the energy sector, having served as a Senior Onshore Energy Underwriter at SCOR before joining AXA XL in January.
Susana Huete Santos has been named Regional Product Leader, Construction & Energy Underwriting, APAC & Europe. Based in Madrid, Spain, she has been with AXA XL for nearly 12 years, most recently as Energy Underwriting Manager. Before joining the company, she held the role of Property Underwriting Manager at Generali.
