Lockton has announced the appointment of Cedric Luah as Regional Head of People Solutions for Asia. He brings over 30 years of industry experience to his new role and moves to Lockton after nine years with WTW, where he was most recently MD for Health & Benefits, International.
In his new role, Luah will lead the expansion of the company’s People Solutions business across Asia, Lockton said in its announcement. He has a dual reporting line to Warren Merritt, Regional CEO – Asia, and Simon Gilliat, International Head of People Solutions.
Before his time at WTW, Luah held senior industry roles, including Director of Client Development at AIA and Vice President and Head of Sales Region at Swiss Life.
