Future Generali India Life Insurance has announced the appointment of Sunil Kapoor as Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
Kapoor, who has over two decades of risk management experience, will report to Alok Rungta, Managing Director and CEO, and is tasked with overseeing the life insurer’s Risk and Information Security Function, aiming to enhance the company’s risk management framework.

Prior to joining Future Generali India Life, Kapoor gained experience in notable roles at financial firms, including SBI Capital Markets, HDFC Life Insurance, HDFC Pension Fund Management, and IDFC Bank.

Kapoor is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant, an Associate Company Secretary, and holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) credential from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
