Julian Park has been designated as Lockton’s head of people solutions, South Korea, effective 9 February, the company announced on Monday.
Park joins from Aon Korea, where he most recently served as head of health solutions for Korea. He brings 25 years’ experience across consulting and human resources leadership, having also served as head of human resources at Marsh and Aon, and in senior HR roles at Oracle.
Based in Seoul, Park joins both the South Korea management team and the Asia people solutions leadership team and reports to Ben Son, president & CEO of Korea, and Cedric Luah, head of people solutions – Asia.
“With his growth‑oriented mindset and deep industry relationships, Julian will be instrumental in shaping a high‑performing people solutions team in Korea, strengthening Lockton’s presence in this key market as the business continues to expand,” Lockton said in a statement.
Lockton yesterday also announced the appointment of Subhash Chandra as head of life and health reinsurance – people solutions for Asia, also effective 9 February 2026, underscoring the company’s commitment to expanding its people solutions capabilities across Asia and enhancing its ability to meet the evolving needs of clients across diverse markets.
