Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia names Pauline Teoh as CEO

Teoh joins from AIA and brings over 25 years of industry experience to her new role.

Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia has announced that Pauline Teoh will join the business as Chief Executive Officer, effective from 1 November 2024.

Teoh joins from AIA, where she was CEO, Group Partnership Distribution and CEO of AIA Cambodia. She brings over 25 years of industry experience, having held multiple senior leadership roles across the APAC region with leading financial institutions. She is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

Junior Cho

Country CEO and Head of Zurich Malaysia

In her new role, she reports to Junior Cho, Country CEO and Head of Zurich Malaysia and will also join the country’s leadership council.
