Aman Kapoor has been named the new Chief Agency Officer and Board of Management member of Allianz Ayudhya Assurance, the company said in a statement on LinkedIn.
Kapoor returns to Thailand for the role, joining Allianz from Manulife, where he was Chief Partnership Distribution Officer for its Vietnam office.
He brings decades of industry experience, with 12 years of his career spent in Thailand. He has also gained expertise, working with firms in the U.S., Canada, The Netherlands, Hong Kong, and other parts of Southeast Asia. During his career, he taken on senior and leadership roles for firms like ING Group, Prudential, and FWD Life Insurance.
Commenting on Kapoor’s appointment, Thomas Wilson, CEO of Allianz Ayudhya Assurance and Country Manager for Thailand said, “With a deep understanding of customer needs, agency requirements, and market dynamics, I am confident that Khun Aman will enhance the capabilities of our agency channel and propel Allianz Ayudhya to even greater success.”
