Pen Underwriting Australia has promoted Nick Best to Head of Distribution, the managing general agent (MGA) announced in a statement on LinkedIn.
Best first joined the business in March 2022 and had been serving as Property Team Manager. Prior to joining Pen, he worked as a Branch Manager for Insurance House Group, and his previous industry experience includes a decade at QBE as well as time at Allianz.
“With his extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the broker landscape from previous distribution roles, this appointment strengthens our strategic capabilities and deepens relationships to drive growth and success,” Pen said in its announcement.
