Diva Mupnar has joined Arch Insurance Australia as a Senior Property Underwriter for its Southern Region portfolio, the business announced on Wednesday, 13 August.
He moved to Arch after almost two years as a Senior Motor Underwriter and Property Underwriter at Pen Underwriting, operating out of Melbourne.
Mupnar brings more than 15 years of industry experience, having held roles at Vero Insurance New Zealand and Insurance People.
In his new role, Mupnar is tasked with driving renewal and new business activity across Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and Western Australia. He reports to Amanda Seng, Property Underwriting Manager for the Southern region.
Seng welcomed the appointment, saying: “His technical expertise and strong broker relationships will be essential as we continue to bolster Arch’s position and service offering in this core market.”
Arch Australia has made key changes within its Southern region team, including promoting Nick Barry to Accident and Health Underwriting Manager in July and hiring Carey Sturgiss as Senior Underwriter, Professional Indemnity in March.
