Lockton has appointed Terence Montgomery as Head of Transaction Liability – Asia-Pacific, the insurance broker announced on LinkedIn on Thursday, September 25. Montgomery joins from Willis Towers Watson, where he served as Practice Leader for Mergers and Acquisitions in Asia Pacific.
He brings a decade of experience as a market leader in the M&A insurance space, specialising in warranty and indemnity insurance, tax insurance and other M&A insurance solutions for private equity and strategic clients across Asia and globally. Montgomery has been based in Asia for 20 years and currently lives in Singapore.

Montgomery’s appointment continues Lockton’s expansion across the Asia-Pacific region, following the recent appointment of Marcus Pearson as CEO of Lockton Pacific in September and Hanmant Dudle as Senior Director for Property & Construction in India earlier this month.
