Aon has appointed Shinta Kusdya as head of sales, commercial risk, in its Indonesia office, the broker said in a LinkedIn post on Tuesday.

Based in Jakarta, Kusdya brings more than 15 years of insurance brokerage experience across general insurance, financial lines, and business development.

She most recently served as director at Indonesian broker Fokus Solusi Proteksi and previously held managerial positions at Salvus Pialang Asuransi and KBRU Insurance Brokers. Kusdya also spent several years at Jardine Lloyd Thompson.

“Shinta joins us with a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership experience,” said Aon chief commercial officer Christian Lim.

Kusdya’s appointment is the latest in a run of senior changes across Aon’s Asia Pacific business this year. Last week, the broker promoted Jane Drummond, its current chief commercial officer for Asia Pacific, to global CCO, effective from 1 January 2027.

In May, Aon named Richard Tan and Maggie Hsieh chief commercial officers for Southeast Asia and North Asia, respectively. Meanwhile, Christian Hoffman joined the broker from Chubb as global CEO of commercial risk.
