Swiss Re Corporate Solutions has announced the appointment of two portfolio leaders for its newly restructured FinPro Team in Australia and New Zealand, according to a LinkedIn post by Lucinda Conlon, Head of Casualty & FinPro ANZ – Director.

Jerry Rompotis has been named Corporate Portfolio Leader for FinPro, moving from his previous role as Vice President and Senior Underwriter FinPro at Swiss Re CorSo, where he had worked since November 2023. In his new position, Rompotis will lead the Corporate team while continuing his responsibilities as the company’s Professional Indemnity expert.

Svend Eriksen has been appointed as Large Corporate Portfolio Leader for FinPro. Eriksen previously served as Vice President and Senior Underwriter FinPro at Swiss Re CorSo since January 2022. His team will focus on clients with market capitalisation over U$750mn, and he will oversee the development of Directors & Officers, Crime and Employment Practices Liability products.

The restructuring combines Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ existing Executive Risk and Professional Indemnity teams into two dedicated units: the Large Corporate Team and the Corporate Team.

Both appointments took effect in August as part of the organisational changes within Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ ANZ operations.

These latest appointments continue the company’s strategic restructuring efforts in the ANZ region, including the promotion of Aimee Curtain to Head of Property & Specialty ANZ in June and the establishment of its Customer & Distribution team earlier this year.
